Job Description

- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of loans and minimize defaults.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct field visits to assess customer creditworthiness and verify collateral valuation for secured loan products (LAP, Personal Loans).
- Develop strong understanding of various loan products such as LAP Loans, Personal Loans, Secured Loans against property.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan disbursement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in sales or relationship management in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of loan sales processes including documentation procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
