Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in the production process.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the production process.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and processes.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to aerospace and defense.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
