Job Opening: Civil / Structural Site Supervisor (CSA) – Semiconductor Facility, Dholera
📍 Location: Dholera, Gujarat
🏗️ Industry: High-Tech Facility Construction
Looking for 5–12 yrs CSA site execution experience (civil, structural, architectural works). Must be open to relocation & rotational shifts (including nights). Diploma / B.E. Civil preferred. Exciting opportunity in a world-class semiconductor project.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily CSA site activities (excavation, concrete, structural steel, finishes, cleanroom envelope).
- Interpret construction drawings & coordinate with MEP/process/tool installation teams.
- Enforce strict QA/QC standards, safety protocols & cleanroom requirements.
- Track progress against schedule; escalate risks and delays proactively.
- Guide subcontractors and foster a safety-first, quality-driven culture.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 5–12 years in CSA site execution.
- Industry Exposure: Semiconductor / Pharma / Data Center projects preferred.
- Technical Skills: Drawing interpretation, QA/QC documentation, schedule monitoring (Primavera/MS Project).
- Education: Diploma / B.E. in Civil or related.
- Flexibility: Open to relocation to Dholera and rotational/night shifts.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
