Key Responsibilities: Solutioning & Implementation Leadership: - Lead the solution design and implementation of recruitment delivery models for new client programs (RPO, project-based, embedded, etc.). - Partner with Business Development to craft tailored TA solutions and present them to prospective clients. - Translate client needs into detailed operational plans, timelines, and scalable frameworks aligned with Talent500's methodologies. - Drive solutioning workshops, process mapping, and change management conversations with senior stakeholders. - Own the implementation roadmap, ensuring delivery milestones are met with precision, quality, and consistency. Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders during implementation and solutioning phases. - Build trusted relationships with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of recruitment operations and workforce planning. - Manage executive-level communications, reporting, and escalation management across multiple workstreams and geographies. - Provide strategic advice to clients on technology adoption (ATS, CRM) and process transformation. Project & Program Governance: - Establish and enforce governance structures, including project charters, roles and responsibilities, documentation protocols, and reporting cadence. - Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and budget. - Ensure risk mitigation strategies and change control mechanisms are in place for successful go-lives. - Conduct Post-Implementation Reviews to assess solution effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. People Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants, Project Managers, or cross-functional SMEs. - Collaborate with Talent Acquisition delivery leads, L&D, Operational Excellence, and Tech teams to ensure alignment of the solution with business objectives. - Drive internal readiness across TA, reporting, and support teams for successful program transitions. - 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including extensive exposure to RPO, solution design, and client implementation. - Proven experience leading large-scale recruitment program implementations across geographies and functions. - Strong track record of managing enterprise-level client relationships, including at C-suite level. - Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments. - Expertise in process design, workforce planning, and talent technology (ATS/CRM) integrations. - Experience with business process improvement or change management frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred. - Bachelor's degree required; advanced certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), Change Management, or Agile methodologies are a plus. - High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio), and project collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira - Drive internal readiness across TA, reporting, and support teams for successful program transitions.
