Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

- Supports in the resolution of client cases by fixing the data integrity, missing data and other similar issues
- Processes data in an accurate and timely manner using the knowledge of the tools and financial markets
- Uses the approved sources to identify the data, convert / supply to the data, or use the data as is defined in the collection policy
- Deep understanding of different dataset like Events, Transcripts
- 2+ years of experience in operations teams in which 1+ years industry experience in areas such as automation using SQL. Ability to write, read edit modify Python codes will be an add advantage
- Ability to handle complexity and think logically with incredible attention to detail.
- Audit and validation of raw data, analyses, and presentations
- Ability to create metrics which can measure the client experience of using our content by designing Accuracy, Completeness, Timeliness, and other forms of metrics
- Communicates and works with internal and external teams as required to support sourcing and collection of data
- Adheres to the quality metrics and prioritises activities to support business and customer requirements
- Supports specific projects assigned and meets or exceeds the KPIs defined
- Suggests process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Some experience in Content or a related area

Required Skills and Experience:

The ideal Senior Content Analyst has a very strong understanding of the English language (grammar, sentence structure, etc.) and must be able to pass an editing test.

Candidates with a bachelor's degree are strongly preferred, but those without degrees will be considered if related work experience is strong.

The following types of work backgrounds are most desirable:

- Customer service roles involving client query handling
- Newspaper/magazine/online journalism
- Freelance writing/editing
- Court reporting or other transcription work
- Should be flexible to work in USA shift and Rotation shifts
- The Senior Content Analyst should also have the following skills/experience:
- Very strong customer service skills
- MS Office experience, especially Word and Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn new software. Service Cloud experience is a big plus.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure
- Experience working with style guides is a plus
- Good typing speed (:60WPM)
- Ability to work with many different customers and teams in a global corporate setting
