About This Role We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead real estate accounting operations and country controlling activities for Vantage Towers markets. This role involves managing a team of approximately 30 FTEs, ensuring compliance with IFRS 16, and driving automation and reporting projects. The individual will act as a key liaison between VOIS and local markets, overseeing governance, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Who you are - Chartered Accountant with 810 years of experience or MBA/Postgraduate with 1215 years of relevant experience. - Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 and lease accounting principles. - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Platform. - Skilled in stakeholder management, project leadership, and problem-solving. - Effective communicator with strong analytical and time management capabilities. - Desirable: Familiarity with SAP RE-FX and SAP systems; ability to create data visualisations and dashboards.
