Job Description

Classhed Agency is a branch of FestiveLearn LLP, offering services in Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, and SEO. Role: Human Resources Intern (Remote)

As an HR Intern, you will assist in managing HR policies, personnel management, employee benefits administration, and hiring processes. This role provides hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and strategic HR initiatives. Duration 2-3 months.

Eligibility:

This internship is only open to college students or recent graduates (within the last 12 months).

Responsibilities :

- Assist in HR policy development and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding of interns.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Manage basic HR admin tasks and coordinate internal HR communications.

Qualifications :

- Basic knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employee benefits.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
