Job Description Position Overview Job Title: QA & Testing Portfolio Manager, VP Location: Pune, India Role Description Risk & Control helps Corporate Bank (CB) Operations proactively manage the right risks and build and sustain efficient controls. Embedded in this function are senior Quality Assurance Lead Reviewers responsible to lead and implement a quality assurance (QA) program for high-risk manual processes across Corporate Bank Operations. Activities include performing review of the manual processes versus the QA framework, identifying exceptions and areas of remediation, and reporting of results to senior management. Additionally, the role will be heavily interacting with respective coverage areas and reporting and advising on proper control functions, process enhancements, policy/procedure revisions, and training needs.
