Job Description Exciting opportunity alert We're seeking a dynamic professional for a Risk Control & Assurance role based in Pune/Bangalore/Ahmedabad/ Remote. If you're ready to make an impact, this could be the perfect fit Qualification: CA Experience: 6 to 10 years (Post CA) Skills: Risk Control & Assurance, Control Testing, Non-IT & SOX Location: Pune/Bangalore/Ahmedabad/ Remote Working Mode: Hybrid (8 days in a month) Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Assurance Planning and monitoring - Review responsibilities on the testing performed by testers - Accountable for testing of complex controls across various polices - Ensuring high quality deliverables and timelines - Act as the main point of contact for the Policy Champions in the relationship with the risk & compliance controls - Provide value additions and improvements to the overall review process - Provide clear and regular feedback to the Policy Champions and Compliance Officers , to help them improve upon Quality of the control - Participate and build a strong risk community within second line of defense as a reputed center of excellence, supporting the business to achieve its objectives - Track and monitor the mitigation actions to timely close the gaps reported. - Contribute to reviews and report results to the Management and prepare clear and succinct reporting for various compliance boards Core competencies, knowledge: - Hands on experience in Control Testing. - Excellent knowledge of Compliance policies and procedures - Experience of assurance planning and monitoring activities - Ability to identify best practices - Challenge & change behaviors in the business Experience: - Extensive hands-on experience in performing and leading quality assurance assignments/controls testing/Internal audit (Controls testing experience is preferred over Internal audit experience). - Handled complex business requirements & unforeseen challenges - Senior stakeholders management skills and impactful communication
