Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, planning promotional activities, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve business goals. The role also includes managing communication campaigns to strengthen the brand's presence in the industry. Roles & Responsibilities - - Execute marketing plans to promote company products/services - Manage digital marketing activities including social media, campaigns, and basic ads support - Generate and track leads; coordinate closely with sales and CRM teams - Support branding activities, promotions, events, and offline marketing - Coordinate with designers/vendors for creatives and marketing materials - Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis - Monitor campaign performance and prepare activity reports - Ensure timely execution of all assigned marketing tasks Qualifications - Experience in Market Planning and Market Research - Strong Sales and Marketing skills - Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal - Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders - Problem-solving mindset and an analytical approach to decision-making - Familiarity with travel industry trends and passion for travel is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
