- Assist in implementing and maintaining safety policies and procedures in compliance with statutory regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across the site
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or accidents and ensure timely corrective actions
- Support in organizing safety training sessions, drills, and awareness programs for employees
- Maintain proper records of safety data, incidents, PPE issuance, and training
- Monitor usage and condition of personal protective equipment and enforce compliance
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal and external audits
- Ensure proper display of safety signages and emergency instructions in designated areas
- Coordinate with contractors and ensure their adherence to site safety protocols
- Support the Safety Officer or HSE team in day-to-day safety activities and emergency preparedness
