Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced EPM Lead ARCS with over 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Hyperion EPM solutions, particularly with expertise in Account Reconciliation Cloud Services (ARCS). The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of finance and accounting processes, and a proven track record of leading EPM projects from design through deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of Oracle ARCS, including solution design, configuration, data integration, and testing.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective EPM solutions.
- Design and develop custom and standard reports as per business needs.
- Provide technical and functional leadership across the full project lifecycle of EPM applications.
- Ensure seamless integration of ARCS with general ledgers and consolidation tools.
- Offer expert guidance on Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and external vendors.
- Provide architectural recommendations and improvements to the current system.
- Deliver user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Willingness to travel as per project needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of experience with Oracle EPM suite, including Hyperion and ARCS.
- Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of ARCS projects.
- Strong functional understanding of Finance, Accounting, General Ledger, and Sub-ledgers.
- Expertise in Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and application development.
- Knowledge of standard and custom reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Readiness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with consolidation tools and integration with general ledger systems is a plus.
- Background in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or other Oracle EPM cloud tools is an added advantage.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment across multiple locations.

- Hybrid model available across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, and Noida.
