Accountabilities - Coordinate multi-market campaigns across email, social, landing pages, banners, and marketing toolkits to ensure timely launches. - Manage campaign setup, scheduling, and execution using CRM and marketing automation tools. - Oversee website content creation and updates in WordPress, including formatting, tagging, quality assurance, and page optimization. - Maintain campaign trackers, shared folders, and approval workflows to streamline cross-market collaboration. - Support translations, local market alignments, and communication between global and regional teams. - Assist with reporting, administration, and performance tracking for marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure campaign materials are visually polished and meet brand standards. Requirements - Hands-on experience with WordPress, including building pages, formatting layouts, and managing content updates. - Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred). - Basic design skills in Canva or similar tools for creating and resizing assets. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social, and landing pages. - Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to maintain clean workflows, accurate trackers, and polished outputs. - Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work. - Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with regional and global teams. - Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced, test-and-learn marketing environment.
