We are expanding globally and seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Executiveto acquire beta clients in the international market.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with expertise in appointment booking, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to drive client acquisition for our AI-powered Ads Funnel and Data Analytics services. The ideal candidate is a strong closer with excellent English communication skills, a neutral or international accent, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify and acquire beta clients for Reachifys AI-powered ad funnel and analytics solutions.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Use cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other methods to book appointments with decision-makers.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct virtual meetings, pitch our services, and close high-value deals with business owners and marketing heads.
- Market Research & Strategy: Understand client pain points, tailor solutions accordingly, and keep track of industry trends to position Reachify effectively.
- Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions efficiently.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Teams: Work closely with internal teams to refine messaging, optimize outreach strategies, and increase conversion rates.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation in digital marketing, SaaS, or AI solutions.
- Proven track record in appointment booking and closing deals with international clients.
- Fluent English communication with a neutral/international accent (Strong verbal & written skills).
- Expertise in cold calling, LinkedIn sales, and email marketing to generate leads.
- Experience in working with CRMs, sales automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle sales objections confidently.
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing, ad funnels, or analytics solutions is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: 3,60,000 4,80,000 per annum
- Incentives: Performance-based commissions per closed deal
