Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and develop software applications using Earth's magnetic field for indoor navigation
- Develop and implement magnetometer data processing algorithms (calibration, filtering, noise reduction)
- Perform sensor fusion using magnetometer, accelerometer, gyroscope, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth data
- Develop and maintain the indoor navigation system (map rendering, routing, location algorithms)
- Test and debug software applications to meet performance and quality standards
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and QA teams for integration and system performance
- Conduct R&D on the latest in indoor navigation and sensor fusion technologies
- Implement location-tracking algorithms using Wi-Fi, BLE, GPS, and magnetic fields

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in indoor navigation systems or related projects
- Expertise in Blue Dot navigation and earth magnetic field-based positioning
- Hands-on experience with sensor fusion and IMU sensors (Wi-Fi, BLE, accelerometer, gyroscope)
- Proficiency in mobile app development (iOS/Android) and location services APIs
- Knowledge of Kalman filters and positioning algorithms
- Strong programming skills (Swift, Kotlin, Java, Python, or C++)
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
