Company Description HBeonLabs Technologies Private Limited established in 2008 is an ISO 9001 2015 certified company that specializes in electronics and IoT solutions Known for delivering high-quality precision-engineered electronic products HBeonLabs provides a range of services from research to development Our innovative solutions enhance product functionality and performance integrating seamlessly into clients operations We cater to a diverse clientele including startups and industry leaders ensuring timely delivery and product excellence Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter based in Noida The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition process from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding process Additional responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs maintaining candidate databases and enhancing the employer brand The recruiter will also focus on optimizing recruitment strategies to attract top talent Qualifications Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates and conducting interviews Experience in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from job postings to onboarding Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with various department heads Familiarity with applicant tracking systems ATS and HR software Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field Experience in the technology or electronics industry is a plus Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations Proven ability to attract and retain top talent Must have worked in Electronics design and manufecuring industry Requirements Qualifications Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates and conducting interviews Experience in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from job postings to onboarding Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with various department heads Familiarity with applicant tracking systems ATS and HR software Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field Experience in the technology or electronics industry is a plus Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations Proven ability to attract and retain top talent Must have worked in Electronics design and manufacturing industry
