Senior Engineer – Post Order Engineering

Job Title Senior Engineer Location Chennai Roles and Responsibilities Prepare and review FRP and RCC Concrete cooling tower engineering drawings and documentation Generate BOMs for all materials with required specifications Finish tower layout elevation structural frame and component arrangement based on site data Use local and international codes IS ASCE ASME CTI to validate or compute wind and seismic loads Foundation design and structural consultant assistance Develop columns louvers casing fan decks Davit system stairways ladders etc Engineer and select fillers drift eliminators nozzles and water distribution headers piping the hydraulic and mechanical systems Optimize manufacturing site construction and thermal performance Create and test auxiliary systems such dosing tanks pumps controls for chemicals side-stream backwash and flow temperature conductivity sensors Cooling tower engineering should include auxiliary systems and project management and documentation GA water basin fabrication BOM technical datasheets PID and system diagrams need verification and should be able to do collaboration with procurement fabrication civil structural consultants and project execution Verify material purchase intent technically and explain technical details and as-built drawings to site engineers throughout installation and commissioning Follow client needs codes and technological best practices and verify all design outputs
