GSPANN is hiring an experienced Data Scientist to build Machine Learning (ML) models, analyze large datasets, and deliver actionable business insights. Expertise in Python/R, leading ML frameworks, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is required.

Role and Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities to apply data science across various business functions.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models for use cases in commercial, supply chain, and operations.
- Clean, analyze, and visualize large datasets to uncover key trends and drivers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to frame problems and deliver actionable, data-driven insights.
- Deploy models and monitor their performance over time to ensure sustained accuracy and value.
- Partner with Artificial Intelligence (AI) data engineers and software teams to integrate machine learning (ML) models into AI-driven applications.

Skills And Experience

- Hold a master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in machine learning or analytics will be considered an advantage.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess proven experience in data science, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
- Write efficient code in Python or R, using libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Create compelling data visualizations and narratives using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python-based dashboards (Dash, Streamlit).
- Query and transform data using Structured Query Language (SQL) or non-SQL (NoSQL) tools while working with both structured and unstructured datasets.
- Understand business processes and translate complex problems into analytical solutions.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, implement Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) or Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) processes, and manage workflows with orchestration tools such as Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Apply Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) practices and leverage cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Utilize cloud-based AI services, including Azure AI, Copilot Studio, and AI Foundry, to enhance solution capabilities.
- Communicate effectively as a fluent English speaker.
