Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Engineer, Applications Engineering to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications that meet our clients needs and drive business growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software applications - Design and develop efficient, scalable, and maintainable software solutions - Implement and optimize application performance to ensure high-quality user experiences - Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members - Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues in a timely manner - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our applications - Document technical specifications, design decisions, and development processes - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's overall growth and success Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred - 3-5 years of experience in applications engineering or related field - Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Python, or Java - Proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices - Experience with application architecture and design patterns - Knowledge of database systems and SQL - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) - Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues - Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git - Strong understanding of software performance optimization techniques - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining complex software applications Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
