Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives in Agile or Scrum teams. 3. Code Quality and Testing Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in automated testing efforts to ensure software quality. Conduct code reviews to ensure consistency and improve codebase maintainability. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues promptly. 4. Documentation Prepare technical documentation for APIs, modules, and system architecture. Maintain clear and updated records of code changes, version control, and deployment procedures. 5. Continuous Learning and Improvement Stay updated with new Python libraries, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the company’s projects. Suggest improvements in codebase, tools, processes, and development practices. Engage in skill-building activities such as training, webinars, and coding challenges.Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
