Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and high-performing Sales Manager with deep expertise in CPaaS and SaaS solutions within the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth while ensuring we remain competitive and innovative in a fast-evolving market. You will be responsible for leading and maximizing the sales team's potential, developing data-driven sales strategies, and aligning efforts with senior management objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and consistently achieve sales targets by effectively managing and mentoring the sales team.
- Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan focused on CPaaS offerings, aimed at expanding the customer base and strengthening brand presence.
- Take full ownership of recruiting, setting targets, coaching, and evaluating the performance of sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through consultative selling and a deep understanding of client needs in telecom and digital communication platforms.
- Deliver timely sales performance reports, revenue forecasts, and expense tracking to the senior leadership team.
- Stay informed on market trends, new technologies, and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the CPaaS/ SaaS landscape.
Requirements
- MBA or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record in CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom technology sales.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong leadership qualities, team management capabilities, and hands-on experience guiding sales teams to exceed targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales cycle from strategic planning to closing enterprise-level deals.
- Solid understanding of telecom technologies and a keen business sense for digital transformation and cloud communication platforms.
