Requirement - Field Quality Electrical Engineer Location - Gadag Experience - 08 - 10 years Quality engineer Electrical Qualification- B Tech Diploma in Electrical Engineering Experience- Minimum 8 to 10 Years hand on experience in Solar site Electrical work BOP EHV activity With Experience with Switch yard Scope of Work- 1 Ensure the execution of the Projects meets as per SRIPL approved FQP MQP SOP Guidelines and quality requirements 2 Quality inspection of all incoming equipment s materials and review test results 3 Highlight Deviations Non-Conformance Reports NCR and share to Project manager EPC contractors Quality Manager and ensure closure without compromising Quality performance and Reliability 4 Reviews and verifies project documents for completeness format and compliance with contract requirements regulatory requirement 5 Review EPC Contractor quality control documentation and procedures and provided recommendations for improvements and keep record of duly signed copy 6 Ensure Calibration of the measuring equipment s and prepare their record 7 Understanding interpreting the requirement and details of the contract drawings and specifications 8 Inspecting the work according and fill the quality checklists in line with approval quality Plan 9 Ensure that EPC Contractor and Equipment Suppliers maintains QA QC documentation as required to meet Contractual Requirement and good practice 10 Monitor the commissioning and acceptance tests on site ensuring the acceptability of test and commissioning results Ensure implementation of QA QC requirements and CTQ at every stage of process where applicable 11 Ensure the execution of the Projects meets as per SRIPL approved FQP MQP SOP Guidelines and quality requirements 12 Witness Commencement of AC or DC underground cable trench Mockup of Tracker Row fully installed and wired First PV module installation Module current shorting String cabling installation Inverters Power Transformer Switchgear electrical termination PV Array commissioning Curve tracking and string tests Energization back-feed Inverter Commissioning SCADA commissioning etc and make Quality inspection report with punch points 13 Identify scope of improvement in QA processes and First-Time-Right FTR performance 14 Initiate Ensure implementation of best practices to achieve 100 FTR at each stage of execution without any rework 15 Report quality issues open points Punch points to Project Manager EPC contractors Quality Manager and monitoring with EPC contractor for closing promptly 16 Review EPC Contractor quality control documentation and procedures and provided recommendations for improvements and keep record of duly signed copy 17 Perform Risk Assessment for the Projects Identify list evaluate and ensure necessary actions are planned to mitigate the risks 18 Circulation on Mis on Compliance Tracker Material inspection and NCR tracking along with Monthly QHSE Performance 19 Circulation of DQR and Site Inspection reports as per approved FQAP and tender compliance Apply only if you are eligible for the above vacancy and ready to join immediately Apply Before- 22 Aug 2025
