Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Solar Project Site Engineer to oversee the on-site execution and installation of solar photovoltaic PV systems The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and quality project delivery while coordinating with contractors vendors and the project management team Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily site activities related to solar project installation Coordinate with EPC contractors vendors and subcontractors Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards Conduct site inspections quality checks and material verifications Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site compliance regulations Report daily weekly progress to the Project Manager Handle installation commissioning and troubleshooting of solar systems Maintain documentation including site reports drawings BOQs checklists and test reports Support in liaising with local authorities for necessary permits and inspections Assist in project handover and performance monitoring post-commissioning Key Skills Requirements Bachelor s Diploma in Electrical Civil Engineering 2-5 years of experience in solar rooftop or ground-mounted projects Strong knowledge of solar PV system components and design Experience in reading technical drawings electrical schematics and layout plans Hands-on experience with site execution safety standards and QA QC Good communication and leadership skills Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD preferred and project reporting tools Willingness to travel or stay at project sites as required Job Type Full-time Pay 10 379 25 - 43 703 45 per month Work Location In person
