Summary To ensure high quality services in EHS its maintenance To follow Standard Operating Procedure to ensure Safety in all areas of Bawal Plant To provide support in compliance of all WW initiatives at Plant Responsibilities include but are not limited to Support in implementation of WW initiatives at site like CAT tool PSM requirements Waste Mapping Heat Map Ensure all types of Gemba points to be tracked and closer in time Participation in safety blitz closer of all identified action points Responsible to support the EHS practices new improvements in plant Inspection of all firefighting installations on timely basis get conduct monthly inspection by third party Compilation of all ESO submitted by associates coordination in its implementation Conduct daily EHS audit as per EHS calendar compile observations Getting filled EMS format as per frequency maintain its record Responsible for periodic maintenance of all firefighting installations pump house Inspection of pressure vessels lifting tools by competent person on regular frequency Compile the observations for safety champions audit track its completion Support in emergency mock drills on quarterly basis Train ERT members about firefighting detection system installations at our site Provide training to security for fire alarms pump house operations on regular basis Provide safety induct training to all new joiners To participate in BD Excellence meetings wherever required identify the major issues related to EHS process and ensure rectification of the same Support external EHS ISO audits as per schedule Support in hazardous waste handling practices at site their safe disposal Required Skills Optional Skills Primary Work Location IND Rewari - Bawal Additional Locations Work Shift
