- Strong communication (verbal & written) and analytical skills
- Understanding of tax compliance for materials
- Familiarity with FIFO, 5S, and standard store-keeping practices
- MIS Reporting & Documentation

KRA's

- Inventory Management:
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO), and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and system updates, including BIN card management.
- Store Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including cleanliness, safety, security, and efficient layout for material handling.
- Ensure timely issuing of raw materials to production as per the Kit Issue Planning schedule.
- Inventory Planning & Control:
- Analyze consumption trends and plan inventory by determining stock levels, reorder points, and order quantities.
- Ensure seamless flow of materials with minimal holding cost.
- Team Leadership:
- Guide, train, and retain a high-performing store team.
- Encourage adherence to store discipline, SOPs, and continuous improvement practices.
