Sr. Architect

Project Leadership Oversee design teams and manage the entire project lifecycle from initial concept development to final completion Client Collaboration Work with clients to understand their vision needs and preferences to develop appropriate design solutions Design Documentation Create and refine building plans blueprints specifications and construction documents Technical Oversight Provide technical expertise and quality control ensuring designs are constructible and comply with all relevant codes and regulations Project Management Manage project budgets timelines resources and coordinate with engineers contractors and other consultants Site Supervision Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to the architectural plans and quality standards Mentorship Guide and supervise junior architects and design staff providing technical and professional development Compliance Ensure all designs and projects comply with building codes zoning laws safety standards and sustainability requirements Required Skills Qualifications Education A Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related field Experience Proven experience as an architect with many roles requiring 3-5 or more years of professional experience Technical Skills Proficiency in architectural design software e g Revit AutoCAD SketchUp and knowledge of BIM technology Soft Skills Communication Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively present designs and coordinate with various teams Leadership Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide teams and stakeholders Creativity A highly creative approach to design and problem-solving Detail-Oriented A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in plans and specifications Project Management Solid skills in managing timelines budgets and resources Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Experience Interior design 3 years Required architecture designer 4 years Required civil architect 3 years Required Work Location In person
