Job Description: Admission Manager Location: DPS Dwarka Expressway Position Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate About the Role DPS Dwarka Expressway is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Admissions Manager with strong expertise in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student admissions, leading marketing initiatives, and providing a premium parent experience. This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a strong understanding of school operations and parent expectations. Key Responsibilities1. Admissions & Enrollment Management - Manage the end-to-end admissions cycle including inquiries, counselling, school tours, registrations, assessments, and conversions. - Ensure timely follow-up with prospective parents through calls, emails, and in-person interactions. - Maintain accurate admission-related documentation and records in the ERP system. - Drive admissions targets in alignment with the school’s annual enrollment plan. 2. Marketing & Outreach - Plan and execute school marketing activities including events, education fairs, workshops, parent meets, and brand-building initiatives. - Develop and implement lead-generation campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. - Build strong relationships with preschools, communities, and corporate partners for referral channels. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and parent feedback to support strategic decisions. 3. Communication & Parent Engagement - Provide exceptional counselling to parents, ensuring clarity on school programs, facilities, curriculum, policies, and fee structure. - Conduct school tours and ensure a positive and memorable experience for prospective families. - Handle parent queries with professionalism, empathy, and promptness. 4. Reporting & Coordination - Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and marketing performance. - Coordinate with academic heads, administration, and leadership team to ensure smooth functioning of admission processes. - Oversee the admissions MIS/CRM and ensure data accuracy and timely updates. Required Qualifications & Skills - Graduation/Post-graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Education Management, or related fields. - 5+ years of experience in Admissions/Marketing within the education industry (schools, preschools, or education companies preferred). - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a pleasing and professional personality. - Proven track record of meeting admissions/enrollment targets. - Excellent command over English; Hindi proficiency preferred. - Strong understanding of education market dynamics and parent expectations. - Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational and follow-up skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics. - Availability for immediate joining is required.
