Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and innovative Motion Graphic Editor to join our creative team. As a Motion Graphic Editor, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics and animations that bring our projects to life. You will work closely with the design, video, and creative teams to conceptualize and produce high-quality motion graphics for a variety of mediums, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, and branding materials. Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit base assets into multiple impactful variations by extracting key moments and optimizing content for engagement.

• Audio/Visual Integration: Stitch together audio elements with visual components, ensuring synchronization and clarity throughout the video.

• Transition Implementation: Introduce transitions, effects, and enhancements that elevate the overall quality and impact of the promotional asset.

• Collaboration with ACD: Work closely with the ACD to understand creative direction and implement changes based on their vision for storytelling.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all edited videos meet quality standards before final delivery, conducting thorough reviews of each variation.

• Adaptation of Assets: Adapt existing assets into different formats or styles based on performance analysis and feedback from marketing teams.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in motion graphic design or video editing, preferably in a marketing or advertising context.

• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in creating impactful motion graphics and video content.

• Knowledge of performance metrics related to video content, enabling data-driven editing decisions.

Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in motion graphic software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D) for creating high-quality animations.

• Editing Skills: Strong video editing skills, including audio synchronization, transitions, and effects to enhance video impact.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in stitching together audio and visual elements for a seamless final product.

• Creativity: Ability to think creatively about how to present content visually and make it engaging for viewers.

• Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively with the other team members to achieve a unified vision.
