Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics & Video Editor to join our content team. You'll craft high-impact educational and promotional videos that are engaging, trend-driven, and visually compelling across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and animate 2D/3D motion graphics for language lessons, reels, trailers, and ads.
  • Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos from raw footage to final output.
  • Collaborate with scriptwriters, designers, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual storytelling standards across all content.
  • Optimize video content for different platforms (vertical, horizontal, subtitles, hooks).
  • Stay updated on trends in editing, animation, and platform-specific formats.
  • Manage multiple projects with fast turnarounds and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Strong grasp of typography, visual timing, transitions, and audio sync.
  • Experience with YouTube & social-first editing is a major plus.
  • Knowledge of basic sound editing & color grading techniques.
  • A strong portfolio or showreel is mandatory .

Nice to Have

  • Experience in EdTech or working with creator-led content.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Blender, Final Cut Pro , or DaVinci Resolve .
  • Ability to work with voice-over artists, VFX, or SFX if needed.
