Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished and strategic International Business Development Manager to lead and expand Stone Age's presence across international markets. This is a senior leadership position requiring proven global sales expertise, industry insight, and strong relationship-building capabilities with architects, distributors, and project clients. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving export growth, forging new partnerships, and shaping the company's international strategy. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute global business development strategies to expand market share and revenue across key international regions. - Build and strengthen relationships with architects, distributors, dealers, importers, and project consultants. - Identify and penetrate new markets, channels, and product categories aligned with Stone Age's strengths. - Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and business proposals with international partners. - Collaborate with production, quality, logistics, and design teams to ensure timely and compliant project execution. - Monitor global trends in natural stone and architecture. - Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business missions. - Provide regular sales forecasts, performance analysis, and strategic reports to senior management. Skills & Qualifications - 1015 years of experience in international sales. - Proven track record of achieving export growth and managing high-value global accounts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and represent the brand globally. - Proficiency in English; additional foreign language skills will be an advantage. - Willingness to travel internationally as business requires.
