Product & Sales Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position will excel at generating and securing new business opportunities for the Micro Imaging division, specializing in high-end microscopes and advanced imaging solutions and equipment. Utilizing a technical sales approach and leveraging their expertise, they will identify and qualify leads, creating sales opportunities with both new and existing customers in the field of micro imaging instruments. A science and technology enthusiast with interest in sales and business development.
Job Specification:
- Prospecting and sales lead generation.
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Sales visits and support with distributor/dealer network.
- On-site Product discussion and explanation to the customer.
- Maintaining and managing CRM records of customer/user's base.
- Assisting & participating in seminars, training courses, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Market information (New Tender's/New Institute/Hospital's).
- Should have the capability to handle projects independently and maintain deadlines.
- Handling full product sales cycle including payment collection.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
Job Requirements:
- Extensive Travel to meet customer/business needs.
- Problem-solving approach
- Competence to handle high-value sophisticated equipment and interaction with elite customer base.
- Candidate with high integrity to easily fit in the organization's legacy.
- Able to work in smaller and larger teams
Experience & Qualifications:
- MSc. Biotechnology/Bioscience, Physics
- B.Tech Electronics & Telecommunication with 2-6 yrs relevant experience.
- Freshers with desired skills and education may also apply
Skills:
- Effective Communication skills
- Positive attitude, multi-tasking and independent sales professional.
- Prior experience of handling analytical and scientific instruments would be added advantage.
