Job Description

About Us

We are a fast-growing digital marketing and branding agency working with clients across industries like healthcare, education, lifestyle, and hospitality. We&aposre looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow social media presence for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to ensure timely and engaging content delivery
- Optimize social media profiles and content for reach, engagement, and branding
- Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports (reach, impressions, clicks, followers, etc.)
- Monitor trends and suggest innovative content ideas and strategies
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and visuals across platforms
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in social media handling (preferably in a digital agency)
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, etc.)
- Creative mindset with basic knowledge of design aesthetics
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of Canva or simple visual editing tools
