Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet prospective customers through field visits.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer service.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach.
Key Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM software/tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Ability to deliver engaging product demos and handle client queries.
- Must be comfortable with regular local travel within Mumbai.
