Position: Technical Project Co-Ordinator- IT Infra We at Verdantas ,looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in planning, organizing, and tracking IT infrastructure and cloud-related projects. This role supports project managers and technical teams by ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and timely communication. Key Responsibilities Project Support - Assist in scheduling, tracking milestones, and monitoring progress. - Help maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports. - Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and documentation items. Requirements Gathering - Support collection and documentation of technical requirements. - Ensure accurate recordingof stakeholder inputsfor project plans. Documentation & Visualization - Prepare and updateproject documentation such as: - Network diagrams - System architecture diagrams - SOPs and runbooks - Maintain version controland ensure compliance with documentation standards. Communication & Coordination - Act as a point of contact for project updates. - Facilitate communication betweentechnical teams and stakeholders. - Prepare presentations and reports for internal reviews. Quality & Compliance Support - Assist in ensuringadherence to internalstandards and frameworks (ITIL, COBIT). - Help organize documentation for audits and compliance checks. Core Competencies - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively across teams Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or relatedfield (preferred) - 4-6 years of experience in project coordination or administration - Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts (servers, networking, cloud) - Proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools (MS Project, Visio, Confluence) - Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) - Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL basics is a plus) Location: Pune Office Work Timing: Shift Schedule (US - Eastern Time Zone)
