With over 20 years of experience and more than 1900 completed projects, Ensemble provides comprehensive solutions across various delivery formats. The company operates a 120,000 square feet manufacturing unit in Mumbai, serving both domestic and international markets with retail furniture and fixtures. Serving industries such as IT/ITES, BFSI, Media, FMCG, and more, Ensemble's clientele includes Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies like Amazon, Google, and IBM. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Contract Manager, located on-site in Mumbai. The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, which includes reviewing & negotiating contracts, vendors, and subcontractors. 1. Monitor contract performance and address any issues, or delays 2. Manage the complete contract lifecyclefrom pre-contract evaluation to project close-out 3. Track labour deployment, payments, variations, and claims in accordance with contract terms 4. Strong negotiating skills in finalizing commercial terms with vendors and subcontractors. 5. Maintain an organized database of contractors & sub contractors. 6. In-depth knowledge of turnkey fit-out project contracts. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent. 2. PG/Diploma in Contract Management, Construction Law, or Commercial Management (preferred). 3. 510 years of experience in the interior fit-out/design & build industry. 4. Exposure to high-end corporate, commercial, or retail interior projects is an added advantage.
