Role Description

As a Bench Sales Manager at Technobot LLC, you will lead our consultant marketing efforts within the US IT staffing space. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in bench sales recruiting, who has successfully managed teams and built strong relationships with vendors and clients.

You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end marketing process of consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC), ensuring timely placements, and driving performance across the recruiting team. Your leadership will be key in scaling our consulting division and maintaining high standards of delivery and client satisfaction. This is a strategic role that combines hands-on recruiting expertise with team leadership, client engagement, and operational oversight.

Qualifications

- Experience in US IT staffing, marketing bench consultants, and managing client relationships
- Ability to post resumes to job portals, set up interviews, and negotiate contract terms
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain fruitful relationships
- Proficient in using various job portals and social media for recruitment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is a significant advantage
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of scaling recruiting operations.
