About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our team for a 6-month engagement, focused on enhancing digital platform capabilities within the automotive industry. This role will support our digital transformation initiatives and help drive customer experience, dealer & workshop enablement, and CRM optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the business team to reimagine customer journeys and key business processes

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, service, and IT to align on design choices

• Integrate Salesforce with other digital platforms, tools, and APIs

• Manage data migrations, workflows, dashboards, and automation processes

• Provide guidance on best practices and platform capabilities

• Support user training, adoption, and ongoing enhancements

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of overall experience, with proven experience on Salesforce implementation programs

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce functional capabilities - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

• Experience working on digital transformation, BPR, or CRM-led process redesign topics with automotive clients is highly desirable

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional, consulting environment
