Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and generate appointments for the sales team. - Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences to suggest suitable properties. - Share detailed information on projects — pricing, features, and location benefits. - Follow up with clients to ensure smooth site visits and conversions. - Maintain lead details and follow-ups in the CRM system. - Support marketing events, campaigns, and exhibitions. What We’re Looking For: - Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred). - Strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities. - Basic understanding of CRM tools and Excel. - Prior experience in real estate pre-sales, telesales, or inside sales is an advantage. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
