Seasoned leader to head the Program Management Office PMO for a fast-growing automotive technology company specialising in advanced electronics and mobility solutions The role involves steering complex R D and customer programs across domains such as Vehicle Electronics Connectivity Electrification and Smart mobility Program Leadership Drive end-to-end program life-cycle concept design validation launch and post-production Establish governance frameworks KPIs and reporting mechanisms for all programs Ensure delivery within defined timelines budgets and quality benchmarks Strategic Alignment Translate corporate strategy into actionable program road-maps Collaborate with R D engineering manufacturing and supply chain teams to deliver innovative solutions Align product development with global OEM Tier-1 requirements and industry trends Stakeholder Management Act as the central interface between internal leadership customers and technology partners Manage escalations resolve conflicts and ensure transparent communication Build strong relationships with global automotive customers and ecosystem partners Team Development Lead and mentor program managers and cross-functional teams Foster a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement Develop talent pipelines to support growth in advanced technologies Risk Compliance Identify and mitigate technical financial and operational risks Ensure compliance with automotive standards Implement best practices in program governance and quality assurance Head the overall Program Management FunctionSteer Customer programs across domains-Vehicle Electronics Electrification etc Education Qualification Bachelor s Master s in Engineering Electronics Mechanical or related field with 10-15 years of experience in automotive R D and program management with at least 5 years in leadership roles Certifications in PMP Prince2 or equivalent preferred Exposure to global OEM Tier-1 program delivery Leadership Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams in a global environment Program Management Strong background in project program management methodologies Agile Stage-Gate PMI Business Acumen Understanding of automotive market dynamics customer requirements and ROI-driven decision-making Communication Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting skills This opportunity is with a large organisation within the Automotive Industry well-established and recognised with Multiple Plants Dedicated R D Centres across India Leadership Role In Program Management with a reputable Automotive Component Supplier in Delhi-NCR Global Exposure High visibility role reporting directly to senior leadership This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Program Management Head to make a significant impact in the Automotive Industry Interested candidates are encouraged to apply and take the next step in their career
