The aim of the Service Engineer is to provide with service and technical support to the customers and calibration of instruments Develop and maintain regular contacts with customers for long time agreement at all levels Implement the service plan to increase the customer satisfaction In this role your responsibilities are Execute the service and calibration plan effectively Handle installation startup of electric tools Handle calibration of electric tools transducers wrenches and display instruments Executing Annual service agreements Handle Customer Complaint Warranty Goodwill Others and ensure proper logging into QCM database Resolve issues of the specified territory and also be carry out day to day functions of service related jo Ensure and meet the target response time Provide customer training for better up time of the product Co-ordinate with service sales team for proper execution of service plan Ensure customer satisfaction with timely services Analyze the problems and find the cause and solutions Ensure Safety Health and Environment compliance at on site and workshop Provide support to the aftermarket sales team in lead generations for AMCs and Spare parts Follow processes and documentations as per IMS processes and audit requirement Experience 2-3 years of experience in Service or Maintenance or quality in any type of industries Knowledge and skill to repair and install equipment on site Experience in handling DC tool will be added advantage Education Engineering Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation controls or Electrical or Electronics are preferred Personality Ability to maintain regular contact and a healthy relationship with new and existing customers Ability to provide service and handle customer complaints will be highly commendable Equally important are technical abilities in the field of Engineering Working knowledge of English and one regional language will be an added advantage Uniting curious minds Behind every innovative solution there are people working together to transform the future With careers sparked by initiative and lifelong learning we unite curious minds and you could be one of them
