We’re searching for a Funnel Optimization Manager who can see the full customer journey — from first ad view to final purchase — and remove friction at every step. You’ll operate where data, psychology, and design intersect, building smooth, conversion-optimized experiences that turn traffic into revenue. Your Mission - Map and optimize every stage of the marketing funnel for maximum efficiency. - Run A/B and multivariate tests to identify bottlenecks and breakthroughs. - Work with CRO, analytics, and creative teams to drive continuous improvement. - Analyze performance metrics (CPC, CVR, CPA, LTV) and act on insights. - Build frameworks for scaling high-performing funnels across multiple regions. - Present data-backed recommendations to leadership. You’ll act as the architect of our entire conversion system — not just improving results, but redesigning how growth flows. Requirements - 4+ years in growth, CRO, or funnel optimization. - Proficiency in analytics, UX, and performance testing. - Experience with GA4, Hotjar, and conversion tracking tools. - Strong analytical mindset and fast execution. - Proven track record of improving conversion rates at scale.
