Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Drive customer success by focusing on accelerating adoption, achieving value realization, and strengthening customer loyalty. - Partner with customers to develop rollout and adoption plans that ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of the JFrog Platform. - Collaborate with Sales to align customer strategies, support renewals, and identify expansion opportunities through customer use case analysis. - Lead customer projects, ensuring timely delivery in coordination with Solution Engineering and Professional Services teams. - Monitor customer health metrics and satisfaction levels (NPS/CSAT), proactively addressing issues to maintain a high level of engagement. - Act as a Platform Health Expert, ensuring customers follow best practices and maintain optimal platform performance. - Provide technical and strategic guidance to customers through effective presentations, workshops, and regular engagement sessions. - Serve as the first point of escalation for technical or operational challenges faced by customers. - Develop a deep understanding of the JFrog Platform, including its value proposition, reporting capabilities, and product roadmap. - Promote operational excellence by ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes using JFrog's end-to-end DevOps solutions.
