Job Title Delivery ManagerLocation AhmedabadJob Type Full-TimeExperience 15 years of experience in IT delivery rolesJob Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Delivery Manager with a strong technical background and proven leadership in managing large teams across global locations The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a developer or architect and align closely with our 3 2 strategy particularly in the areas of data AI and digital transformation The Delivery Director will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex technology solutions engaging in technical discussions and maintaining a strong focus on commercial outcomes Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Leverage past experience as a developer or architect to engage in technical discussions providing guidance and support to teams Strategic Alignment Drive delivery initiatives aligned with the company s strategy focusing on technical disciplines such as data AI and digital transformation particularly in business verticals like retail and high-tech Team Management Lead and manage large diverse teams across multiple locations ensuring effective coordination collaboration and execution Client Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication understanding of requirements and delivering on expectations Global Collaboration Support and coordinate teams located outside of India fostering a global working culture while ensuring timely and quality delivery of solutions Data-Driven Execution Utilize data and metrics to monitor project progress make informed decisions and ensure delivery meets business objectives Commercial Focus Ensure projects are delivered within scope on time and on budget with a focus on profitability and commercial success Qualifications Technical Background 15 years of experience with a solid foundation as a hands-on developer architect or other technical roles Experience in Key Areas Strong alignment with technical disciplines such as data AI and digital transformation with a preference for experience in the retail and high-tech sectors Large-Scale Team Management Proven experience in managing and leading large teams across multiple locations and time zones Client-Facing Skills Experience in managing client interactions understanding their requirements and ensuring high levels of satisfaction Global Experience Hands-on experience in working with and supporting teams outside of India Data-Driven Mindset Strong ability to use data for decision-making and to drive execution Commercial Acumen Experience in managing project profitability cost control and delivering within commercial constraints Skills Competencies Deep understanding of software development architecture and technical project delivery Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage large teams across global locations Excellent communication and client engagement skills Ability to engage in complex technical discussions and problem-solving Commercially minded with an ability to manage projects for profitability Experience with data-driven execution strategies and performance monitoring Additional Information This role will require extensive collaboration with teams in multiple global locations including but not limited to India the US and Europe Occasional travel may be required
