Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Product Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for traveling to schools and educational institutions across India to deliver hands-on training sessions on how to effectively use the Senses Intelligent Interactive Panel. You will train educators, administrators, and staff on utilizing the full potential of the product to enhance classroom interaction, collaboration, and learning.

Responsibilities

On-Site Product Training: Travel to schools and educational institutions across India to deliver in-person training sessions for teachers, school staff, and administrators. Focus on demonstrating the features and functionalities of the Senses Intelligent Interactive Panel and how to incorporate it into daily teaching practices.

Custom Training Solutions: Tailor training sessions to the specific needs of each school or institution, considering different educational levels, subject areas, and user groups.

Interactive Workshops: Conduct workshops and hands-on demonstrations that encourage active participation, helping users feel confident and empowered in using the panel for collaborative learning.

Training Material Development: Create and update training materials, user guides, and multimedia content to support both in-person and virtual training sessions.

Post-Training Support: Provide ongoing assistance and support to educators and institutions after training to address any questions, issues, or additional learning needs.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve the training process and enhance user satisfaction with the product.

Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on all product updates, new features, and educational trends to ensure training materials are current and aligned with the latest developments.

Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with internal teams (sales, customer support, product development) to ensure alignment and provide valuable insights into user needs and product performance.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in product training, education, or a similar field. Experience with EdTech products is a plus.

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Education, Technology, or related fields.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with interactive learning tools, smartboards, and educational technology. Ability to learn new tech products quickly and effectively.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to explain technical concepts in a simple, engaging, and accessible manner.

Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences during training sessions.

Travel-Ready: Must be comfortable with frequent travel across India to schools and institutions for on-site training sessions. A valid drivers license and willingness to travel to remote areas is required.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities and the capacity to address challenges proactively and efficiently.

Passion for Education: A genuine passion for improving educational outcomes and empowering teachers through technology.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple training sessions, travel schedules, and follow-ups efficiently.
