Process Trainer Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in identifying and addressing the training needs of employees to enhance productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a background in employee development and possess expertise in calibrating employee performance to meet Performance Targets through monitoring and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to determine areas requiring refresher training and develop strategies to improve employee performance.
  • Training Coordination: Organize and execute training schedules, create training materials, and ensure follow-up sessions.
  • New Employee Training: Provide comprehensive onboarding for new hires, focusing on sales training, product knowledge, customer communication, and internal systems.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate all new joiners about Health Insurance products and services.
  • Delivery and Evaluation: Deliver product training sessions, assist in ongoing programs, evaluate trainee performance, and prepare score sheets.
  • Follow-up and Feedback: Arrange follow-up training or report on previous sessions, provide timely and constructive feedback, and counsel trainees as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Training background with expertise in employee development.
  • Proficiency in calibrating employee performance to meet Performance Targets through monitoring and coaching.
  • Effective communication and issue resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle escalations from employees and escalate issues to supervisors or internal departments.
  • Demonstrated language fluency in multiple languages.
