We are Reckitt Home to the world s best loved and trusted hygiene health and nutrition brands Our purpose defines why we exist to protect heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner healthier world We are a global team united by this purpose Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene wellness and nourishment a right and not a privilege Information Technology Digital In IT and D you ll be a force for good whether you re championing cyber security defining how we harness the power of technology to improve our business or working with data to guide the innovation of consumer loved products Working globally across functions you ll own your projects and process from start to finish with the influence and visibility to achieve what needs to be done And if you re willing to bring your ideas to the table you ll get the support and investment to make them happen Your potential will never be wasted You ll get the space and support to take your development to the next level Every day there will be opportunities to learn from peers and leaders through working on exciting varied projects with real impact And because our work spans so many different businesses from Research and Product Development to Sales you ll keep learning exciting new approaches About the role The Product Manager for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding acts as the Voice of the Customer and is responsible for the product vision strategy and end-to-end value delivery across the full product lifecycle They work closely with Stakeholders to understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled through future product increments They are accountable for the product from ideation through to design build deploy operate and retirement The Product Manager defines the product vision and strategy while clearly articulating how the product fits into the ecosystem and maximises value in line with business objectives They develop strong relationships with customers end users in order to understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled through future product development They manage and prioritise the product backlog so that the most valuable customer requirements are delivered first They oversee the development stages of the product lifecycle e g planning refinement review and sprint and motivate the Product Team to understand customer needs and identify the best solutions for delivering customer value They work with the Business Analyst to develop and design business scenarios and use cases Your responsibilities Roles and accountabilities Implementation of short and long-term detailed product vision strategy and roadmap Own and deliver end-to-end projects using agreed project methodology from supporting RFPs to leading overseeing design build and testing Management of prioritised product backlog and product dependencies based on overall strategy business objectives and customer end users needs Continuous improvements through regular product performance reports on adoption rates customer survey results service performance metrics etc Security compliance and risk-management across entire product scope Resource planning and budget management Key interactions and Stakeholders Acts as primary communicator and link between all stakeholders customers end users business community development team system and or solution architects and PMO and the product Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders including members from Senior leadership team and ability to influence them in co-creating maintaining the product roadmap Coaches team members e g Full Stack Engineers Business Analyst to focus on business value by delivering product increments in a flexible work environment The experience we re looking for Skills and Experience Functional 9 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of the product software delivery lifecycle Experience in working with core HR systems -
