Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring and managing the overall commercial function ofthe Zone
- Setting, monitoring measuring secondary transportationperformance every month on the set parameters across Zone.
- Ensuring 100% Statutory Compliances across the Zone. Ensuring timely renewal of thelicenses
- Monitoring and reconciliation of stock accounting inSAP/Physical on monthly Basis for the Zone
- Monitoring and ensuring timely dispatches of stocks/SKUsfrom depots and POD collections for all the depots under the Zone
- Implement the Warehouse Management System inall the warehouses based on the guidelines issued
- CFA agreement Monitoring timely renewals of existing CFAagreements, arranging approvals for revision in remuneration, if required, tomaintain smooth operations
- New CFA appointment, wherever required Survey,short-listing, arranging approvals and appointment
- Ensure that all the statutory documents are maintained bythe CFA to meet depot operation requirements
- Handling CFA manpower issues and imparting training to themon various commercial aspects (Scientific storage, loading/unloadingoperations, Redressing, Loose oil tracking, maximizing recovery of loose oil,timely transport of billed stocks, Sales return, control of RDM, maintainingvarious registers and reports)
- Warehousing agreements Selection of new godowns (Permanentand Temporary), finalization and preparing WH agreements. Arranging renewals /extension of validity period wherever required
- Monitoring and ensuring adherence to Security arrangementsand safety measures are in place for all godowns
- Monitoring the throughput / efficiency of each of thegodowns/depot/warehouse on a monthly basis across region
- Keeping a track of company assets available at each of thewarehouses
- Monitoring loose oil status and arranging liquidation on aWeekly / fortnightly / monthly basis in coordination with Sales In charges
- Ensuring that all invoices aredispatched within 24 hours from the time of billing.
- Discuss with the Cluster head on stock ageing / slow movingSKU at various locations.
- Ensuring the Separate reserved space must be maintained For Food and staples Products in the warehouses and ensure priority billing to staple product
- Ensuring that CFclaims in the cluster are processed accurately and on time
- Responsible for immediate resolution of issues ofZonal In charges and CBB leaders
- Responsible for timely and Fast billing of the Orders across the zone
- Prepare monthly Zonal Cost and MIS and Present to HO Commercial on 7th of following Month
- Quarterly report on Warehouse Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Imparting training to the Depot Managers and ensure that all the depot managers are aware of the latest processes
- Provide training andFeedback session with the ZCIs CBB Team Leaders
- Submit Weekly report to HO Commercial on cluster activityand discuss resolve the crucialissues on top priority
- Generate Monthly review reports on Warehouse Damages, Scrapping, WarehouseUtilization, CF Performance, Distributor Unloading Performance
