Locations: Karnataka, Gujarat, MP, Chennai 💼 Role Overview: As a Sales Professional, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint across markets. You’ll develop and execute sales strategies, build lasting relationships with distributors and retailers, and drive strong revenue growth for the brand. 🚀 Key Responsibilities: - Develop & implement sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals. - Drive General Trade (GT) growth – distributor appointments, retail expansion & secondary sales. - Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and retail partners. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers. - Conduct regular market visits to track performance and identify opportunities. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. - Monitor sales data, market trends, and competitor activities; prepare actionable reports. 🎯 Requirements: - 5–6 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development / Key Accounts, preferably in FMCG or Organic Foods. - Strong knowledge of General Trade (GT) operations is a must. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and lead business in assigned territory. - Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics & reporting. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel as required. 🌱 Why Join Us? - Work with one of India’s fastest-growing organic food brands. - Opportunity to create real impact in a purpose-driven business. - Growth-oriented environment with a supportive team culture.
