Job Description Elevate Now is India's first doctor-led medical weight-loss company, delivering evidence-based care through obesity medicine, GLP-1 protocols, metabolic diagnostics, and lifestyle coaching. We currently operate with 20+ doctors, including diabetologists and endocrinologists across India. We treat weight as a metabolic dysfunctionnot a diet problem. About the Role: We are hiring a clinically strong, research-driven leader to own protocol design, medical governance, and doctor excellence. This role requires someone scientifically rigorous, process-obsessed, and experienced in GLP-1/obesity care. You will build the medical backbone of Elevate Now. Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 6 to 12 years Responsibilities: Clinical Strategy & Protocol Design (Primary) - Design, standardise, and optimise all treatment protocols, clinical workflows, and patient care journeys. - Create structured training content, onboarding modules, and upskilling programs for doctors. - Ensure all protocols align with ethical, regulatory, and GLP standards. Doctor Network Leadership - Lead and define the doctor hiring strategy, competency bar, and evaluation processes. - Build and grow a strong network of full-time, part-time, and consultant doctors. - Mentor and guide doctors to maintain high clinical quality and patient outcomes. Quality, Compliance & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Oversee clinical governance, accuracy of medical communication, and quality benchmarks. - Collaborate with product, tech, ops, and leadership to integrate clinical excellence into all systems. - Track treatment efficacy, patient outcomes, and feedback to continuously refine protocols. Requirements - MBBS is mandatory (MD strongly preferred). - Mandatory experience working with GLP-1, obesity care, metabolic health, or medical advisory roles. - 510 years in clinical operations or evidence-based digital health settings. - Strong scientific temperament, analytical mind, excellent communication. - Bangalore-based; comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on, hybrid startup culture.
