Location: Mumbai, India

Role Description

Team: Enterprise Risk Reporting & Automation Team

- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)s mission is to shape Bank strategy and lead risk management at enterprise level, unconstrained by risk types and geographies, together with ERM's partners in Risk and the Bank. ERM manages the enterprise-level risk management framework so that all risks are identified, owned and controlled Bank-wide and within the agreed risk appetite and culture.
- As part of the Enterprise Risk Reporting & Automation Team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of the Bank's key strategic risk reports, which provide a comprehensive overview of the Deutsche Bank's risk profile. Additionally, as an automation expert, you will also be responsible for implementing new solutions to bring efficiencies in the existing processes across ERM functions. You will also get opportunity to learn about new technologies and innovations that will drive automation.

Your key responsibilities

Risk Reporting

- Production and delivery of periodic key risk reports, including delivery / write-up of thematic key risk development updates.
- Coordinate targeted (cross) risk reviews, challenge stakeholder input and clearly articulate recommendations in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of input deliveries across e.g. multiple Risk and Finance stakeholders globally, provide guidance on timelines, expected content etc.
- Perform quality control checks over incoming and outgoing deliveries (both content and format) and proactively improve the control environment.

Automation

- Deliver automation projects across the ERM portfolio to improve efficiency and control
- Identify opportunities for automation across the ERM portfolio, define projects and manage execution of Proofs of Concept.
- Evaluate appropriate technology tools, incl. new and emerging products, to create innovation opportunities for ERM in realising the Digital Strategy/Vision.
- As part of Automation team, deliver Automation as a Service across the ERM portfolio, including a catalogue of reusable tools and methods.

Your skills and experience

- Relevant university degree (Master) or equivalent necessary.
- 5y+ professional experience in risk data and reporting with good analytical skills
- Ability to present information to senior management in an appropriate way (quality & format).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects at once and strong attention to detail.
- Confident in handling and analyzing large amount of data.
- In-depth knowledge of Python programming or any equivalent coding language.
- Experience in the Reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, Power Pivot, BO
- Knowledge on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, Vue is an added advantage
